1st Line Support Engineer

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits + Parking Onsite
Location: Chertsey, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Shepperton

Key Responsibilities:

• As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate advice and support via phone and email
• You will be effective in understanding any problems that arise, making timely and practical decisions
• As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will log all customer issues accurately into the CRM database
• You will follow up on open tickets, making sure that customers are kept up to date at all time with progress
• As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will ensure all data relating to customers and tickets is accurate and always updated
• You will provide a high level of service and support to customers whilst supporting colleagues and management with ad hoc duties, including duties assigned by the head of department

Key Skills:

• A background in IT or Graduate in IT / Computer Science
• Any security background is advantageous
• Strong English language skills along with fluency in Italian and/or German, Spanish
• A willingness to learn and a strong communicator
• Ability to communicate on all levels clearly, both written and verbally
• Able to work under pressure
• Business/Technical degree is desirable
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office including Excel
• Clean driving license
