Brand Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits
Location: Central London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Brand Manager will influence and manage the brand strategy to implement continuous improvement across the business by raising brand profile, experience and standards to deliver added value to members
• Manage and coordinate communications to members, ensuring timely, relevant and on-brand communications
• Oversee and maintain email marketing communications to members, including trigger-based and targeted CRM emails
• As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the content generation calendar for delivery across multiple channels
• Manage PR to ensure a proactive approach to raising our profile and managing reactive enquiries
• Head the organic social media marketing activity to engage members and prospects across all social media and online platforms
• Create, deliver and maintain partnership marketing activity, selling the company and all it can offer to a broad range of premium brands to deliver value-added services to members and generate affiliate income
• As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for research insight and segmentation, ensuring a good understanding of our membership base to intelligently inform the business to make decisions that meet the needs of the clients
• Improve marketing collateral (design, copy and creative) across all teams for internal and external use
• Design and manage the delivery of an events programme for members and support the delivery of internal communications, including the internal newsletter

KEY SKILLS:

• As the Brand Manager, you must demonstrate excellent and clear communication both verbal and written alongside strong organisational skills by being results oriented with good experience of executing brand and marketing activity
• Excellent understanding of marketing communication and social media channels
• Positive influencing skills are a crucial part of the Brand Managers role as you need to be able to influence others to raise the brand experience
• Good attention to detail especially when working towards tight deadlines
• Prior experience working within a B2B or luxury setting
• The Brand Manager must possess good copy writing, proofing and editing skills with the ability to translate plans into deliverable action
• Ideally 5+ years of marketing experience
• Excellent relationship management skills with a personable and friendly demeanour
• Strong digital skills including experience of managing a CMS and a wide-ranging Marketing tech stack.
