Customer Acquisition Product Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
Location: London, Waterloo, Wimbledon, Richmond area

Key Responsibilities:

• The Customer Acquisition Product Manager will engage with key stakeholders around the business on a global level to expand the ambition, value proposition and gain buy-in’s for the company
• Support country stakeholders in the execution of plans and ideas by coming up with new ways to ease the effort on local teams with central solutions
• Work with product and technology colleagues to deliver any required assets to aide in the acquisition process
• Build on work done by the team by reviewing, inventing, planning, and executing activities to covert travellers via numerous physical touchpoints
• As the Customer Acquisition Product Manager, you will set up lead generation campaigns including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting; both paid and on owned channels
• Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business objectives and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition in a cost effective manner both online and offline
• Develop lead generation channels and conversion funnel through various channels including social media, native ads, direct media buy, DSPs, SEM and video marketing for target nationalities globally with a focus on set locations.
• Able to develop end to end optimisation testing processes, data driven mind set with A/B testing and optimisation skills
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience & user journey across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Work alongside the wider marketing team to develop content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages
• Analytical reporting of digital marketing activities

Key Skills:

• Customer Acquisition Product Manager with 5 years’ experience in a digital acquisition role with hands on experience on marketing automations
• Ideally prior experience in leveraging physical opportunities to deliver acquisition strategies
• The ability to demonstrate the previous success that you delivered against targeted KPIs
• The Customer Acquisition Product Manager must be a strong communicator with the ability to positively interact and gain buy-in from stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal skills, any addition languages (European or Chinese) would be a plus
• Prior experience in executing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms i.e. Google Adwords, SEO, Social Media, Content and Media Buying
• Confident analysing data, numbers, and trends
• Highly computer literate, tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Optimise or similar tools to deploy split and multivariant tests
• Experience of producing complex data reports for senior stakeholders and non-technical readership and the ability to produce graphs, charts, table and process-maps in a clear and easily understood format
• Solid technical knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager (at least 2 years)
• Previous experience of owning all tracking between websites, apps, marketing channels and analytics platforms would be idea for the role of Customer Acquisition Product Manager
