Order Management Coordinator

Salary: Up to £28,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Chertsey, Hersham, Walton on Thames, Weybridge, Addlestone

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Order Management Coordinator, you will oversee the sales order processing, progressing, order status control and reporting
• Proactive and regular communication with customers
• Maintaining stock control of back orders and reserve stock control for set accounts
• The Order Management Coordinator will keep an up-to-date, accurate filing system and order receipt acknowledgement
• Pick orders as per booking slot
• Nil stock and late order reports for action, ensuring that calls to customers with relayed information happen in a timely manner
• Management of RAD’s (require arrival date) per lines
• Support the Manger / General Manager with analytical skills to providing data to support improvements
• Manual warehouses check, stock, picking and confirming is key part of the Order Management Coordinator role
• Review and maximize month end bookings

Key Skills:

• As Order Management Coordinator, you must demonstrate strong communication skills
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in either Order processing, Sales Administration
• Working experience of Windows Packages, Word and Excel
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills is essential for the Order Management Coordinator position
• Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and individually
